On the trail up, emerging through the fog line. This scene reminded me of hikes in Hawai'i after a big rain. Here it is, Southern Oregon rainforest mist, in the middle of December.

The previous picture was the calm sea, and from the south comes a big tsunami, which has been an element in a recurring dream for me lately.
This Buck and I had a little tete-a-tete at the top of Picnic Peak.

Whoa! 12 posts to christmas! this is fantastic Alex. all this making me want to get back to Hawai’i and Southern OR at the same time. Although, I must say, I’m jumping for joy to get home to the valley.
